PHASE 1 | Approx. 2 weeks

Imagine Your ADUela

Let’s uncover your vision for the ADUela of your dreams. In your initial consultation, we’ll chat about your needs for use + space, recommended plans, timeline, and budget.

Next, we’ll head to your backyard for a comprehensive site visit, free of charge. We’ll finalize your ADUela model, and any structural changes, and additions.

No surprises here — this visit ensures a transparent ADUela plan and estimate.

Up next: Sign your contract, and we’re on our way. An additional client-requested site visit is $150.

PHASE 2 | Approx. 2 months

Plan Your ADUela

As cities require a plot plan, our land surveyor will stop by to map out your lot. Meanwhile, we’ll complete your architectural drawings and our team will gather the essential details for your ADUela building permit.

Leave all the pesky paperwork to us—we handle your entire permitting process. City permit approval typically takes 1-2 months.

PHASE 3 | 6 - 8 weeks

Frame Your ADUela

See your dream space built from the ground up as we clear the lot, pour the foundation, complete the framing, and rough-in your ADUela utilities.

Along the way, your dedicated project manager keeps you in the loop with weekly updates, photos, on-site walk-throughs, and quick communication in your client portal.

PHASE 4 | 2 - 3 months

Finish Your ADUela

Now, watch your ADUela come to life with beauty, function, and personality. This includes flooring, cabinets, countertops, trim, paint, and all the details that make her your own.

Along the way, your dedicated project manager keeps you in the loop with weekly updates, photos, on-site walk-throughs, and quick communication in your client portal.

PHASE 5 | 2 weeks

Meet Your ADUela

Get to know the possibilities behind the door. Together, we’ll do a final walk-through of your ADUela and jot down any finishing touches that need some extra shine.
